CPRO Co., Ltd. (here in after referred to as "CPRO") collects the following personal information from users when signing up as a member or using the service for the first time to 
provide customer inquiry services.

1. Requiring personal information 
     CPRO is requiring the following personal information to sign up.      
      - Required information: e-mail, password, phone number, name, country
      - Optional information : company name, department, title, partner type, interested in 

2. Purpose of requiring and using personal information
     CPRO uses the provided personal information for the following purposes.      
     - After submit of your personal information, you can leave any inquiry right away. 
         We store the answers for your question and your later questions as reference.
     - After submit your personal information, regular members who have been approved 
        to join the CPRO can use additional services.

3. Holding period and use of personal information
      In principle, CPRO will disclose the information directly by these providers and other relevant third parties who use the information. However, the following  information are 
      preserved for the specified period for the following reasons.      
      - Collect item : name, email      
      - Preservation grounds : Confirmation of service provision history and contents.      
      - Collect period : 3 years.

※ You may refuse to consent to the collection and use of personal information, but the above information is essential for service provision, so refusal to consent may restrict the use of the service in part.
